Lutz Fit Body Boot Camp seeking a leader who is highly motivated in helping members achieve their fitness and life goals, growing a great fitness studio, and driving an amazing customer-experience. This is a great position for someone who is passionate about helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. This role involves coaching group fitness classes, conducting sales appointments, and building relationships with the members. We have been open since 2022 and have new members coming in EVERY DAY, so you have the opportunity to create relationships from the very beginning of the members' fitness journey. Experience Required:

Fitness Coaching. Sales Experience is a plus. Certification in Personal Training, Fitness Training, or similar Friendly, welcoming, energetic encourager that loves to provide quests with a first-class experience Passion for understanding the power of exercise and motivating others Team oriented individual Organized & Professional Service minded Strong attention to detail Be willing to go above and beyond Efficient and effective communication skills Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holiday hours, as needed

Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly and positive entrance into the Fit Body Studio Train classes Lead Sales process, converting prospects into full time members Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective members, including studio tours New member onboarding Overseeing daily operations of the fitness studio, including cleanliness and equipment readiness Manage training schedule and ensure all classes have an adequate number of coaches Determine and communicate equipment repair & replacement Establish effective referral program Maintains accurate records using established Fit Body sales systems Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns
