Outdoor Group Fitness Coach

Founding members with 600 to 1,000+ classes logged. We're the local licensee of the OutFit brand, founded by Randy Hetrick, the Navy SEAL who invented TRX. We coach in parks, out of a yellow van, six days a week, rain or shine. This is real coaching. We just don't do it in a building. Sunlight, varied terrain, fresh air, and real community drive adherence in a way that a treadmill never has. Our members don't stay because they're locked into a contract. They sign up for PRIVATE Training. That's how OutFit coaches grow. What You'll Actually Do Lead group classes (we call them OPEN workouts). About 45 minutes, all levels, in a public park. TRX-powered, with real-time modifications for runners, postpartum members, returning-from-injury members, and first-timers, sometimes all in the same class. Build relationships with OutFitters. the actual reason they're here. That's the job. Help guests commit when they're ready. When a first-class-free visitor takes their first class and loves it, you walk them through the subscription options and sign them up right there. This isn't a sales script. It's removing friction for someone who already wants in. We'll train you on the offers and the conversation. Capture content. Member wins, workout clips, behind-the-scenes moments from your classes for the OutFit marketing team. Be comfortable being filmed leading class. Pack the van. Setup and breakdown is part of the job. Arrive 15 to 20 minutes early. Paid time. Show up. Every time. We're 100% outdoors. Our members schedule around us. A no-show coach throws off everyone's morning.

Must Have 1+ year of coaching experience (group or 1-on-1, indoor or outdoor) Driver's License (required: you get yourself to the park with your gear) Current CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain Comfort coaching outdoors in South Florida weather Eligible to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor Helpful But Not Required Personal training or TRX certification (we'll cover the cost for the right candidate) Group fitness experience (1 year preferred) Tabling Event Experience (1 year preferred) HYROX, running, or hybrid-athlete coaching background Bilingual Where the Work Happens Pine Island Park (weekday mornings) Plantation Central Park (most evenings + weekends) Volunteer Park (Saturday 11 AM free community class with Plantation Parks & Rec) All within Plantation, FL.
