Through movement, games, obstacle courses, music, and creative activities, we create an experience families love. We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and dependable Coach / Children's Fitness Instructor to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, brings great energy to every room, and enjoys being active. You'll lead classes, encourage children, connect with parents, and help create a positive, memorable experience for every family who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Lead fun, engaging classes for babies, toddlers, and young children Coach age-appropriate games, obstacle courses, and fitness activities Create a welcoming environment for children and parents Build relationships with families and provide excellent customer service Help with birthday parties, camps, and special events Maintain a clean, safe, organized facility Support membership growth through tours and guest experiences Work as part of a positive, team-focused environment What We're Looking For Loves working with children High energy and enthusiastic personality Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable speaking in front of groups Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and be coached Weekend availability preferred Experience with children, fitness, teaching, cheer, dance, theater, or sports is a plus Why Join My Gym?
