This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire clients through engaging fitness programs, leveraging your expertise in various disciplines. Ideal candidates will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to motivate individuals of all fitness levels. Whether leading group classes or providing personalized training, you will play a vital role in helping members achieve their wellness goals in a supportive environment. Duties Lead engaging group fitness classes such as yoga, Pilates, cycling, Aqua Aerobicss, and dance-based workouts, strength and conditioning ensuring safety and proper technique. Design customized personal training programs tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels. Instruct clients on proper body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy to optimize workout effectiveness and prevent injury. Motivate participants during classes and personal training sessions while maintaining a positive and energetic environment. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the gym environment while adhering to facility policies. Stay current with industry trends and continuously develop your teaching techniques to improve client engagement. Experience Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction from an nationally accredited organization. Prior experience teaching group fitness classes or providing personal training services preferred Skills in various fitness disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, cycling, Aqua aerobics, dancing, or sports coaching are highly desirable. Proven ability to teach diverse populations with varying fitness levels effectively. Strong communication skills with a passion for motivating others and fostering a supportive community environment.
