TBD - Multiple instructors needed Company Overview Play Academy partners with premier residential communities to deliver engaging wellness, recreation, and fitness programming. Our mission is to promote active and balanced lifestyles by providing high-quality classes that bring residents together while supporting their health and wellness goals. Position Summary Play Academy is seeking energetic and motivating Group Fitness Instructors to lead a variety of classes for residents at Esplanade at Center Lake Ranch. We are looking for several instructors with different specialties to help build a diverse and well-rounded fitness program. Classes will focus on strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness, and overall wellness while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for residents of all fitness levels. Class Formats May Include Instructors may lead one or more of the following formats: Core & Strength Body & Balance Cardio Conditioning HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) LIIT (Low-Impact Interval Training) Instructors should be able to offer modifications for beginner through advanced participants . Compensation $40 per hour for group fitness classes 60/40 revenue split for private training sessions (Instructor receives 60% of the private lesson fee) Private sessions may be arranged directly with residents and scheduled based on instructor availability. Key Responsibilities Lead safe, engaging, and well-structured group fitness classes. Create a positive and motivating class environment. Demonstrate proper technique and offer modifications for different fitness levels. Arrive early to set up equipment and greet participants. Maintain a clean and organized fitness space. Represent Play Academy professionally within the community. Communicate with the Play Academy team regarding attendance and program feedback. Qualifications Group Fitness Certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA, ISSA, or similar preferred) CPR/AED Certification required Previous group fitness instruction experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fitness, wellness, and community engagement
