Week of June 8 (Global Wellness Week Launch) Company Overview Play Academy partners with premier residential communities to provide engaging wellness, recreation, and fitness programming. Our mission is to promote balanced and healthy lifestyles by offering high-quality classes that encourage movement, mindfulness, and community connection. Position Summary Play Academy is seeking experienced and welcoming Yoga Instructors to lead classes for residents at Esplanade at Center Lake Ranch. We are looking for instructors who can create a calming, inclusive, and supportive class environment while guiding participants through safe and effective yoga practices. Classes should focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance, relaxation, and overall well-being , while being accessible to participants of varying experience levels. Class Styles May Include Vinyasa Flow Hatha Yoga Gentle or Beginner Yoga Stretch & Mobility Yoga for Balance Restorative or Relaxation Yoga Instructors should be able to provide modifications and options so residents of all abilities feel comfortable participating. Compensation $40 per hour for group yoga classes 60/40 revenue split for private yoga sessions (Instructor receives 60% of the private session fee) Private sessions may be arranged directly with residents and scheduled based on availability. Key Responsibilities Lead safe, engaging, and well-structured yoga classes. Guide participants through poses with clear instruction and proper alignment cues. Provide modifications and adjustments for varying skill levels. Foster a welcoming and relaxing class atmosphere. Arrive early to prepare the space and greet participants. Maintain a clean and organized class environment. Represent Play Academy professionally within the community. Communicate with the Play Academy team regarding attendance and feedback.
