This is a commission-based role designed for trainers who are motivated to grow their client base, deliver exceptional coaching, and maximize their earning potential. The ideal candidate is confident in both training and sales, understands how to build client relationships, and thrives in a performance-based environment. As a Personal Trainer, you will conduct fitness assessments, create customized programs, and guide members toward their goals while actively promoting personal training services. Trainers are paid per session and earn commission on every training package sold, creating strong income opportunities for professionals who are proactive, results-focused, and certified in their field. Responsibilities Conduct complimentary fitness assessments for new members to identify goals and training opportunities Develop personalized training programs based on client needs and fitness levels Deliver high-quality personal training sessions focused on safety, results, and motivation Build rapport with members and confidently present personal training packages Generate new training clients through floor engagement and relationship building Track client progress and adjust programs to maximize results Maintain a professional, energetic presence on the fitness floor Uphold facility cleanliness, safety standards, and company policies

Qualifications Required:

Current nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales confidence with the ability to educate and close training packages Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping others succeed Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships Previous personal training or sales experience is a plus Compensation & Opportunity Commission-based pay per training session Commission earned on all training packages sold Unlimited earning potential based on performance Opportunity to build and manage your own client roster Professional growth within a supportive, high-energy fitness environment This position is ideal for certified trainers who want control over their income, enjoy working with people, and are ready to build a thriving personal training business inside a growing fitness community.
