The ideal candidate loves helping people reach their goals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities Lead dynamic group fitness camps for members of all fitness levels. Demonstrate and coach proper exercise form and technique. Modify exercises to accommodate injuries, limitations, and different fitness abilities. Build meaningful relationships with members and provide motivation and accountability. Conduct Focus Meetings to support members' fitness, nutrition, and goal-setting journeys. Create an energetic and positive camp environment. Ensure the gym floor is clean, safe, and organized. Assist with member retention, trial conversions, and community events. Collaborate with the team to uphold Burn Boot Camp's culture and standards. Qualifications Nationally accredited fitness certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM). CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience coaching group fitness classes preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed. Ability to demonstrate exercises and stand for extended periods. Early morning, evening, and occasional weekend availability.
