Water Aerobics Instructor -
Pop-Up Class Location:
Palmera Wellen Park 18265 Foxtail Loop, Venice, FL 34293
Class Type:
One-hour Water Aerobics pop-up class
Pay:
$60 total for 1.5 hours Instructor will be paid for the one-hour class plus 30 minutes of early arrival/setup time.
Preferred Date Options:
July 14 at 8:00 AM July 17 at 8:00 AM Dates and times are optional. If these do not work, we are open to proposing an alternate date or time.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Water Aerobics Instructor to lead a one-hour pop-up class for residents at Palmera Wellen Park. The class should be fun, low-impact, beginner-friendly, and appropriate for an active adult community.
Responsibilities:
Arrive 30 minutes early to prepare, check in, and greet residents Lead a safe and engaging one-hour water aerobics class Provide modifications for different fitness levels Create a welcoming and encouraging class environment Ensure exercises are appropriate for the pool setting and participants There may be additional opportunities for weekly programming after the pop-up class. Experience teaching water aerobics or aquatic fitness Comfortable working with active adults and seniors CPR/AED certification Reliable, professional, and friendly
