The Position Our Mat Pilates instructors are knowledgeable, compassionate, and warm, while delivering experiences that are rooted in the tradition of Pilates yet delivered with a modern approach. They skillfully curate each class and bring their passions to life in our signature Mat Pilates programs, leading members with their personal brand of performance.
