Monday-Thursday:
7:30 AM

PM Lunch Break:

  • As our Certified Personal Trainer / Therapy Aide , you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional clinical experience.
You will help support patient retention, guide patients through their prescribed rehabilitation programs, and maintain a professional, organized, and motivating environment.
Your mission:
✔ Ensure patients correctly follow their rehabilitation plans ✔ Support smooth patient flow ✔ Provide a safe, clean, and encouraging rehab experience ✔ Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture If you enjoy fast-paced environments, meaningful patient interaction, and being part of a rapidly growing practice, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Perform computerized range-of-motion assessments per protocol Guide patients through doctor-prescribed exercise and rehab programs Administer decompression therapy (if applicable) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe rehabilitation area Document patient progress accurately and on time Encourage and motivate patients to follow treatment plans Assist patients throughout their visit to ensure a smooth experience Collect testimonials, success stories, and patient feedback Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service with enthusiasm Support efficient patient flow within the rehab department Required Skills & Competencies Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal communication and rapport-building skills Ability to adjust communication styles based on patient needs Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Forward-thinking and proactive in managing schedules, tasks, and patient needs Professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Comfortable with technology and basic computer programs Alignment with our clinic's mission, vision, and values Desire for personal, professional, and financial growth Physical Requirements The role involves frequent movement and hands-on interaction.
You must be able to:
