Top Roles, but not limited to the following: Collaborate with Athletic Center Director to execute water aerobics classes. Design fun and engaging classes for our members. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with members. Provide excellent customer service.

Candidate Experience and Qualifications:

Prior water aerobics instruction. Prior fitness instruction in a group setting. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work well with adults. Must possess written and verbal communication skills. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Must be able to work as a team member. Ability to work Holidays and Weekends. Physical Requirements Frequent standing and repetitive actions. Bending, stooping, lifting. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. CPR/First Aid Certified Position Classification and Expected Hours of Work This is a seasonal position and scheduled 3 days a week for water aerobics classes.
