• Honolulu, HI The Medical Gym at OrthoSport Hawaii is seeking an exceptional fitness professional or Physical Therapy Assistant to join one of the most progressive medical fitness environments in Hawai'i.

This is not a traditional gym job. Our team works at the intersection of rehabilitation, performance, longevity, and sustainable movement. We specialize in helping clients bridge the gap between physical therapy and long-term fitness through highly individualized coaching and collaborative care. You will work alongside an interdisciplinary team of Physical Therapists, Kinesiologists, Sports Nutritionists, Medical Massage Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Corrective Exercise Specialists in a fully integrated clinical and training environment.

Our clientele includes:

Active older adults Post-rehab and orthopedic populations Neurological and movement disorder populations Clients managing chronic pain or autoimmune conditions General fitness and performance clients seeking high-level coaching We are looking for someone who: Thrives in a collaborative team environment Is highly personable, professional, and emotionally intelligent Has strong coaching presence and communication skills Enjoys problem-solving and individualized program design Can build trust quickly with a wide range of personalities and ages Is growth-minded and eager to continue learning Takes initiative and contributes positively to team culture Is comfortable both generating their own clientele and working with referrals from our PT team Experience with medical fitness, rehabilitation, geriatrics, movement disorders, chronic pain, or special populations is highly valued, but we are willing to mentor the right candidate with an outstanding attitude and strong foundation.
