Semi-Private Personal Trainer

About the role We're looking for a passionate, certified personal trainer to join our team at Elite Fitness Hawaii — a private studio built around individualized coaching in a focused, distraction-free environment. You'll be running semi-private sessions with small groups of 1-4 clients, delivering personalized programming that gets real results. You don't need to be the most decorated trainer in the industry — but you do need to love coaching people, work well on a team, and bring the kind of energy that makes clients excited to show up. "This isn't a big-box gym. Our clients are busy professionals, parents, and active adults who value their time and take their results seriously. We need someone who matches that energy." What you'll do Coach semi-private sessions (1-4 clients) using individualized programming Conduct client assessments and track progress over time Adapt programming to different fitness levels within the same session Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional studio atmosphere Collaborate with the team and contribute to a great client experience Requirements Current personal training certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent) Valid CPR/AED certification (must be current) Experience working with adults of varying fitness levels Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Reliable, punctual, and professional Nice to have Experience in a semi-private or small group training setting Additional certifications in nutrition, mobility, or specialty training Existing client relationships or community presence in Honolulu What we offer Competitive pay structure Private, premium studio environment — no sales quotas, no hustle culture Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunity to grow with a business that's actively expanding If you're a trainer who takes pride in your work, loves helping people, and wants to be part of something that's built to grow — we want to hear from you.
