Part-time, Contract Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated personal trainer or movement specialist to lead injury prevention sessions for a local workforce in Oahu. This is a part-time role , ideal for someone who already trains clients and is looking to add a few extra hours of income each month. You will work directly with employees to help them move better, reduce discomfort, and prevent injuries through simple, effective techniques.

Responsibilities:

Lead guided stretching and movement sessions Provide basic soft tissue work (tools and training provided) Educate employees on injury prevention and body awareness Build positive, professional relationships on-site Complete simple daily activity logs

Qualifications:

Background in fitness, movement, or rehabilitation (Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, PTA, Massage Therapist, Athletic Trainer, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working independently Basic comfort with technology (phone or tablet for logging)

Requirements:

Certification or relevant experience in fitness or rehab Reliable transportation Ability to arrive on-site by 5:00
