certified but have only a little or no experience with clients? Great, we want YOU! We are hiring entry level personal trainers for part-time roles. At Maui Powerhouse Gym, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their fitness and wellness goals, making us the premier destination for personal training in Hawaii. We are eagerly seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic entry level personal trainer to join our team.

What You'll Do:

As a Personal Trainer,

• We will feed you clients. We have our ways. We will tell you about it in person but expect to be given a full stable of clients who will meet with you weekly.
• You will start being paid hourly, and through merit and performance you will transition to selling personal training and your pay will shift to commissions.

• Receive On The Job Client and Sales Training:

  New employees will receive a mandatory 90 days introductory client and sales training. Training will be ongoing as long as necessary. We will feed you clients with programs specific to you.

• Full-time or Priority Part-Time Training Schedule:

  Be prepared to work either a full-time or a priority part time schedule, providing high-quality personal training sessions and making connections with members. This job is not a gig, you are a part of an intimate part of people's lives. The position must be a priority to you.

Early Morning or Evening Availability:

Are you available early mornings? There are many clients who like to meet before work or after work. You should be prepared to meet during those hours every day.

What We're Looking For:

• Excitable, Enthusiastic, Passionate about fitness and helping others
• Ready to lead a cohort of members through the beginning phase of their fitness journey
• Certified/Educated but

Lacking Experience :

a strong passion for health and wellness is mandatory.

• Leadership Skills:

  Excellent communication abilities to motivate clients, with a preference for those who can assist in enhancing our gym culture.

Technical Skills:

Basic email capabilities with a willingness to learn more. Knowledge of email systems, sales lists, etc. Capable texting, able to make phone calls diligently Punctuality and reliability are mandatory.

Qualifications:

• NASM/ISSA/CPT

  certification or equivalent education.
