With a strong foundation and growing community, GRAE is preparing to expand into a new market. We are currently seeking a small group of founding instructors to help bring this next location to life. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up—help shape the culture, set the standard, and grow with the brand. The Opportunity We are looking for instructors who bring more than just certification—we're building a team of individuals who create an experience. As a Founding Instructor, you will: Lead reformer-based Pilates classes with confidence and clarity Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience Bring energy, presence, and professionalism to every class Be part of a collaborative, growth-focused team Play a role in shaping the culture and standard of a new studio Who You Are Certified Pilates instructor (reformer required; comprehensive training preferred) Strong understanding of movement, form, and cueing Confident leading group classes (or ready to step into that role) Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Passionate about health, fitness, and client transformation Aligned with a modern, elevated studio environment Bonus if you: Have experience in group fitness (Pilates, barre, strength, etc.) Are comfortable building relationships with clients and community Bring a strong personal presence (in-person and/or online) Compensation Instructor pay is based on class type and attendance, with opportunities for growth as the studio expands. Full compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
