We're looking for instructors who bring skill, presence, and genuine care to everything they do. Oasis offers group and private classes, in-person and online with on-demand options, community events, wellness courses, sound baths, book clubs, and more. We also support collaborative offerings. Your role Lead well-structured classes with clear alignment cues, intentional sequencing, and appropriate modifications for all levels. Arrive 15-30 minutes to setup before students arrive, prepared and present Hold space with professionalism Support studio upkeep including towels, floors, and general space care Occasionally attend fellow teacher classes to stay connected and maintain teaching continuity Maintain accurate student records with full confidentiality Help spread the word and actively share studio offerings, tag us, or collaborate on marketing content Promote memberships, events, and courses naturally as part of how you teach and connect Adhere to studio policies and procedures; paid training provided What we're looking for Certified yoga, Pilates and group fitness instructors with minimum 1-year experience Ability to teach diverse populations with a strong foundation in alignment and injury prevention Comfortable designing for different levels, ages, and goals A communicator who can motivate without performing Motivated teachers who is ready to build their classes within our community — it's more than just arriving to teach one class.
