Pilates Instructor

Job Overview Reflection Pilates Studio in Post Falls, ID is seeking positive, reliable, and experienced Pilates Instructors to join our growing team. We specialize in small-group reformer and mat classes inside Sculpt Studios Med Spa, offering clients a luxury wellness environment paired with high-quality instruction. We're looking for instructors who create a welcoming atmosphere, value exceptional client experience, and are committed to helping clients meet their fitness and wellness goals. Instructors must be comfortable teaching group reformer classes, guiding clients of varying experience levels, and maintaining a supportive and encouraging studio culture. This role includes evening and weekend availability—specifically Monday-Thursday nights and Saturday mornings. Duties Lead engaging Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety Educate clients on body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy to enhance their understanding of movement and injury prevention Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants Requirements Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar fitness instruction role with knowledge of group fitness dynamics Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and exercise science Certifications in training of Reformer or Mat Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage participants of all ages and skill levels Passion for health and wellness with a professional attitude toward client safety and satisfaction Must be able to work 2 weekends a month and some weekday mornings
