Pilates/Yoga/Fitness Instructor

Overview Join our new team of Pilates, Yoga, and Group Fitness instructors in Shelley, ID. Help develop and mold classes and offerings, help inspire clients on their wellness journey, in a small and friendly community. In this role, you will lead engaging classes that blend movement, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to help participants achieve their health goals. Whether guiding a calming yoga session or energizing a high-intensity Pilates class, your passion for fitness and expertise will motivate individuals of all levels to push their limits and embrace a healthier lifestyle. Responsibilities Lead group classes including Pilates, Yoga and other fitness modalities with enthusiasm and professionalism Design safe, effective workout programs tailored to different skill levels and goals, incorporating principles of physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy Educate participants on proper technique, breathing methods, and injury prevention to maximize results and safety Foster an inclusive and motivating atmosphere that encourages participation and personal growth Demonstrate exercises clearly while providing modifications for various abilities and limitations Promote engagement and programs through excellent customer service Maintain equipment safety standards and ensure the cleanliness of the studio or gym space Requirements Proven experience in group fitness instruction or personal training with certifications in Pilates, Yoga, or or other fitness disciplines Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design principles Familiarity with gym operations and health club environments is preferred Ability to motivate participants through energetic coaching and positive reinforcement Knowledge of fitness sales techniques to promote memberships and additional services effectively Certifications in fitness modalities are advantageous but not mandatory Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals Embark on a rewarding position where your enthusiasm for fitness transforms lives!
