Have the ability to lead, plan, organize and implement program activities. Demonstrate flexibility in planning programs for youth groups. Possess strong communication and organizational skills and be attentive to detail Have the ability to relate to a variety of age groups and team levels: children, parents, branch staff members and volunteers. Must follow directions, have strong leadership skills, be self-motivated and possess knowledge of group work principals and processes. Performs all other duties as assigned.
