We're seeking motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainers to join our fitness team at Rakow and Randall Oaks Fitness Centers. Help members feel empowered, energized, and supported as they work toward healthier lifestyles. Why Join Us? Whether you're guiding someone through their first workout or pushing an experienced client to the next level, your skills and encouragement will make a lasting impact.What You'll Do:
Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions Help clients set and reach their fitness goals Demonstrate proper exercise form and equipment use Customize workouts based on clients' abilities and needs Track session usage and ensure payment completion Educate clients on fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle choices Foster client accountability, motivation, and success Maintain a clean, professional, and organized training space Assist with facility upkeep and equipment care Support department programs and attend staff trainings Represent DTPD in a professional, approachable mannerWhat You Bring:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) 1-3 months of related training experience CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months) Nationally recognized personal training certification preferred (e.g., ACE, ACSM, NASM) Knowledge of exercise science, fitness equipment, and training principles Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license Experience developing fee-based fitness programming Bilingual communication skills (Spanish a plus) Technology and software literacy (scheduling, client tracking, etc.)Perks & Benefits:
