Part-Time Coach (Afternoons & Evenings) Are you a coach who loves working closely with clients and delivering real results—not just running workouts? At Alloy Personal Training, we specialize in small group personal training (max 6 clients per session) with a focus on structured, progressive strength training. This is a place where you can truly coach, build relationships, and make an impact every session.

What You'll Do:
Lead small-group training sessions using the Alloy system Coach proper form, technique, and modifications with attention to detail Create an engaging, positive, and motivating environment Track client progress and notes in our system Help clients stay consistent, accountable, and progressing

Strong coaching presence

  • you show up prepared and ready Team player
  • you thrive in a structured, collaborative environment This role is ideal for a coach who enjoys working within a proven system and being part of a team—not someone looking to build an independent training business.
Requirements:
Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or similar preferred) Previous coaching experience preferred

Monday-Wednesday:
3:00pm
