HealthFitness is seeking enthusiastic Swim Instructors to join our Aquatics Team in Downers Grove, IL . In this Sunday role (1:45-6:00 p.m.), you'll deliver fun, safe, and confidence‑building swim instruction for children through private and small‑group lessons—designing personalized programs that help every young swimmer thrive. Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 17 years old. Adult & Child CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days. Must have a strong swim background. Proficiency in all swim strokes. The compensation range for this role is $16/hr - $20/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
