About the Role F45 Edwardsville is hiring Part-Time Coaches to deliver high-energy group fitness classes and create an exceptional member experience. This role is perfect for energetic fitness professionals who love coaching, connecting with people, and being part of a positive team environment. Whether you're experienced or newer to group training, we provide F45-specific training and support. Key Responsibilities Coach F45 group training classes with strong floor presence Demonstrate and correct movement safely and effectively Build relationships with members and foster community Uphold F45 coaching standards and studio culture Support studio events and challenges Qualifications Group fitness coaching experience preferred Ability to confidently lead groups and engage members Strong communication and people skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Passion for health, fitness, and community F45 experience is a plus — but not required. Training provided.
