We are seeking passionate, motivated professionals who enjoy working with people and want to make a meaningful impact every day. Whether you're a recent graduate in Exercise Science or Kinesiology, a certified personal trainer, licensed massage therapist, yoga or Pilates instructor, or pursuing a career in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Athletic Training, or Chiropractic care, this is an outstanding opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing wellness concepts in the country. We are a locally owned and operated group of StretchLab studios serving communities throughout the greater Chicago area. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences while investing in the growth and success of our employees through paid training, ongoing education, professional development, and opportunities for advancement. No previous assisted stretching experience is required. Every Flexologist completes StretchLab's paid proprietary training program before working independently with clients. If you're passionate about helping people and eager to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. Duties Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions using StretchLab's proprietary stretching methodology. Evaluate each client's flexibility, mobility, posture, movement patterns, and wellness goals to provide a personalized stretching experience. Educate clients on the benefits of assisted stretching while helping improve mobility, recovery, flexibility, and overall wellness. Build meaningful relationships with clients that encourage long-term success, retention, and trust. Provide an exceptional client experience during every appointment through professionalism, empathy, and outstanding customer service. Collaborate with fellow Flexologists and studio staff to maintain a positive, supportive team environment. Participate in community outreach events, studio promotions, and complimentary introductory stretch sessions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment area while following all StretchLab policies and safety procedures. Attend required team meetings, continuing education sessions, and training opportunities. Qualifications We're looking for professionals who are passionate about movement, health, and helping others succeed. Preferred Backgrounds Exercise Science Kinesiology Exercise Physiology Sports Medicine Athletic Training Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy (including students pursuing these careers) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, AFAA, or equivalent) Yoga or Pilates Instructor Dance or other movement-based professionals What We're Looking For Degree, certification, or relevant experience in fitness, rehabilitation, health, or movement-related fields. Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, professional, dependable, and client-focused attitude. Passion for helping people improve how they move, feel, and perform. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively with a team. Ability to comfortably perform multiple assisted stretch sessions throughout each shift while maintaining exceptional client care. Willingness to complete StretchLab's paid Flexologist Training Program.
