Qualifications Education :

Comprehensive 450-hour Pilates education (Mat or Reformer, or both).

Teaching Experience :

Proven ability to lead apparatus-based group classes with 6+ participants, as well as private and semi-private sessions. Commitment to

Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.

Physical Fitness :

Ability to demonstrate exercises and move/lift equipment as needed (up to 20 lbs).

Ability to work collaboratively and harmoniously with other instructors and staff.

CPR Certification :

Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain. Responsibilities Teaching & Client Engagement Provide expert Pilates instruction for group classes, private, and semi-private sessions in alignment with Shyft's standards. Create safe, engaging, and personalized class experiences tailored to clients' needs and goals. Inspire and motivate clients to achieve their fitness and wellness goals through Pilates. Community Building Actively engage with clients to build strong relationships and foster a positive sense of community. Represent the Shyft brand by participating in studio events and supporting our family-friendly atmosphere. Maintain open and meaningful communication with clients, ensuring feedback and questions are valued. Studio Operations Arrive on time, prepared, and professional for all scheduled sessions. Support the studio's cleanliness and organization by maintaining a tidy environment before and after classes. Promote memberships, packages, and client retention as part of a collaborative team effort. Skills & Attributes Positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
