We are an established sports performance gym and train athletes from every sport at every level. Our primary objective is to assist all athletes with proper training and education in order to help them develop the necessary skills to achieve their goals. Our trainers use the most effective and innovative training methods to increase strength, endurance, speed, agility and explosive performance. Our program gives athletes the knowledge, confidence and edge needed to take their game to the next level. Our Adult Fitness classes are a combination of cardio, interval and strength training in a group setting. Each session is 60 minutes long and designed to help push adults harder than they would push themselves. The workouts are fun, challenging and each class is different than the one before. Through guidance and encouragement, our trainers give the personal attention our clients need to produce results and help them reach their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines Watch clients do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill Monitor clients' progress and adapt programs as needed Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment Give clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues Give emergency first aid if neededQualities:
Customer-service skills . Looking for someone who can sell their services, motivating clients to hire you as personal trainer or to sign up for the classes. Must be polite, friendly, and encouraging in order to maintain relationships with our clients. Listening skills. Mu st be able to listen carefully to what clients tell you to determine the client's fitness levels and desired fitness goals. Motivational skills. Getting fit and staying fit takes a lot of work for many clients. To keep clients coming back for more classes or to continue personal training, fitness trainers and instructors must keep their clients motivated. Physical fitness. Fitness trainers and instructors need to be physically fit due to the considerable amount of exercise. Group instructors often participate in classes, and you will often be asked to show exercises to our clients. Problem-solving skills. Must be able to evaluate each client's level of fitness and create an appropriate fitness plan to meet the client's individual needs. Speaking skills. Must be able to communicate well in order to be able to explain exercises and movements to clients, as well as motivate them verbally during exercises.Requirements:
