Responsibilities Coach clients through safe and effective training sessions Deliver sessions using G Fit Life's proven training system Build strong, professional relationships with clients Maintain a high level of confidentiality and client privacy Track session performance and support measurable progress Keep the training space organized, clean, and professional Communicate clearly with the team and follow studio standards You will NOT be responsible for sales, marketing, or finding clients. As you grow your skills and leadership, you can advance through our coaching ladder: 1) Associate Coach Learn our system, deliver sessions with excellence, and master our coaching standards. 2) Coach II Run sessions confidently, improve coaching quality, and take ownership of session flow and client experience. 3) Senior Coach Coach at a high level, support newer coaches, and help protect studio standards. 4) Lead Coach (System-Based Leadership Role) Support coaching quality, team performance, and consistency across the studio while coaching within our system. 5) Studio Coach Manager As our studio grows, this role expands into leadership responsibilities such as coaching oversight, scheduling support, team development, and maintaining the professional environment that makes G Fit Life different. Each level includes increased pay, expanded responsibility, and added benefits as you grow.
