Opportunity:

Water Fitness Instructors have the power to change lives by leading water arthritis classes focusing on safety, fitness and creating an enjoyable environment for participants. Water Fitness Instructors utilizes swimming aides safely and effectively to allow for a variety of movement and activities during class. What you'll be doing: Lead water arthritis group classes to adult Be a role model for water safety Create a fun and welcoming environment for participants Be prepared, ready and able to follow protocol in case of an emergency Embrace and model the JCC Internal Service Standards of Respect, Gratitude, Communication, The Golden Rule, and Ownership/Accountability What you bring to the table: Experience in teaching arthritis classes preferred Ability to follow an emergency action plan Friendly, professional, patient and empathetic Team player CPR/AED and first-aid certified or obtain within 6 months of employment What we offer: Pay rate: $13 hour Free JCC membership & discounts on programs and services Great culture, great teammates, great work environment Beautiful campus on 43 acres Flexible work schedule
