Fitness is a boutique personal training studio in Louisville, KY specializing in private and semi-private coaching for busy adults and professionals. Our coaching experience is relationship-driven, highly personalized, and built around long-term results. We're intentionally growing our coaching team and looking for the right person to join us now and grow into greater responsibility over time. We are not looking to hire quickly — we're looking to hire well. Position Overview We're seeking an experienced, professional coach who can confidently lead both personal training and small group sessions while building strong relationships with our members. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, experience, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with adults in a high-touch coaching environment. Experience and people skills matter just as much as technical knowledge here. Responsibilities Lead private personal training and semi-private small group sessions Deliver coaching with energy, professionalism, and attention to detail Build strong relationships with members, many of whom are busy professionals ages 35-65 Help create a welcoming, positive training environment (For experienced candidates) conduct consultations and movement assessments with prospective members Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of coaching experience Strong communication and customer service skills Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.) or related degree Comfortable working with adults and professionals in a relationship-driven setting Professional, dependable, and growth-oriented Team-player mentality with a willingness to learn and improve Why GRIT?
