Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and certified Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging Pilates and Yoga classes. The ideal candidate is energetic, knowledgeable, and committed to helping clients of all fitness levels achieve their goals in a safe and motivating environment. Responsibilities Lead group classes in Pilates and/or Yoga Create inclusive, well-structured, and engaging workouts Provide modifications and progressions for all fitness levels Ensure proper form, safety, and alignment during classes Build positive relationships with members and foster a strong community atmosphere Maintain a clean and organized studio space Qualifications Certified in Pilates and/or Yoga (required) Group Fitness Certification (preferred) CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire clients Prior teaching experience preferred What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive and positive work environment Opportunity to grow with a developing wellness community Competitive pay based on experience
