Job Description

Job Description Trainer Pro is a premier in-home personal training company that delivers fitness experts directly to clients' homes and condo gyms for customized one on one workouts. We are currently expanding our team in Boston and are looking for dedicated, educated, and motivated personal trainers to join our growing network. This role is best suited for trainers who are already located in or near Boston, or who are comfortable traveling between client locations throughout the area. Since our clients train in their homes and building gyms, candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to move between appointments across Boston. At Trainer Pro, your main focus is training and delivering an outstanding client experience. We handle the sales, client communication, scheduling support, and administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: helping clients reach their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
Analyze clients' health history questionnaires and fitness assessment outcomes to design suitable exercise programs tailored to their movement patterns and current fitness levels. Create and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with clients' goals and assessment findings. Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and accountability. Possess the flexibility to travel to and from client locations. Provide regular updates to your personal training manager regarding the progress of each client. To be considered for the role, candidates should have a minimum availability of 10-15 hours during prime time slots, which include weekdays from 6-9 am and 6-9 pm. Qualifications Hold a current certification in personal training Strong knowledge of exercise science and human anatomy. Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills Exhibit strong communication abilities, both within our team and with clients Maintain a positive attitude and a robust work ethic
