The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through effective instruction and motivation. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes, educate participants on proper techniques, and create a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and wellness. Duties Conduct engaging Reformer Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels. Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including proper form, technique, and breathing. Monitor participants during sessions to ensure safety and effectiveness of exercises. Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness and anatomy knowledge to enhance class offerings. Experience Previous experience as a Reformer Pilates Instructor and completion of student teaching and observation hours is required Knowledge of physiology and anatomy is essential for providing safe and effective instruction. Familiarity with program design tailored to individual client needs is an asset. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
