Job Description

About GET Fit GET Fit is a functional training gym in Bridgewater, MA built on real community, real coaching, and real results. We offer Functional Fitness, boxing, barre, lifting, TRX, yoga, personal training and more in a tight-knit environment where members stay for years and coaches are genuinely valued. We're not a big box gym — we're the place where people actually know your name. The Role We're looking for a high-energy passionate, Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team. You'll work with an existing community of over 100 members — meaning you're not starting from zero. You'll have a warm room full of people who already trust the gym and are looking for great coaching. We are seeking a candidate with evening availability but have plenty more opportunity for more hours. What You'll Do
  • Lead Mat Pilates classes that leave people feeling like that was the best hour of their day
  • Contribute to the culture and energy of the gym
  • Collaborate with our coaching team on member progress and programming What We're Looking For
  • Current Pilates certification or equivilant
  • CPR/AED certified
  • Strong interpersonal skills — you genuinely love people and love coaching
  • Reliable, motivated, and community-minded
  • Experience with functional fitness or CrossFit a plus but not required Compensation
  • Hourly base pay
  • Commission on client sign-ups
