This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a studio from the ground up while building your own client base through a combination of private training, duet sessions, and small-group Reformer classes . We're creating a welcoming, high-quality Pilates experience focused on personalized instruction, client results, and community. Whether you're an experienced instructor looking for additional teaching opportunities or seeking a studio where you can grow professionally, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead private, duet, and small-group Reformer Pilates sessions Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts for clients of all levels Provide modifications and progressions based on client needs Build strong relationships with clients and foster long-term retention Contribute to the growth and success of Back Room Pilates Qualifications Pilates certification with Reformer training required Experience teaching Reformer Pilates preferred Experience with Stott Reformer, Stability Chair, and Ladder Barrel a plus Strong cueing, communication, and interpersonal skills Passion for helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals Why Join Back Room Pilates?
