FRIDAY MORNING** Aquafit Instructor

Dedham Health & Athletic Complex is seeking an energetic, motivating, and reliable Aquafit Instructor to join our fitness team. We are looking for someone passionate about group fitness and committed to creating a fun, welcoming, and inclusive class environment for members of all fitness levels. •Availability to teach Friday morning at 11am needed•Responsibilities Lead engaging and high-energy Aquafit classes Create a positive and motivating experience for participants Provide safe instruction and movement modifications when needed Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence Build strong relationships with members and encourage participation Qualifications Current Water Aerobics certification required 1+ years of group fitness instruction experience required CPR/AED certification required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate participants of varying fitness levels and class sizes What We Offer Supportive and team-oriented fitness environment Opportunity to grow your class following and member relationships Flexible scheduling opportunities Access to a premier health and athletic facility
