Dedham Health and Athletic Complex Dedham, MA, 02026 Dedham Health & Athletic Complex is seeking an energetic, motivating, and reliable Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. We are looking for someone passionate about group fitness and committed to creating a fun, welcoming, and inclusive class environment for members of all fitness levels.

Availability:

Thursday 5:30pm required. Option to add a second class as well. Responsibilities Lead engaging and high-energy Pilates classes Create a positive and motivating experience for participants Provide safe instruction and movement modifications when needed Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence Build strong relationships with members and encourage participation Qualifications Current Pilates certification required 1+ years of group fitness instruction experience required CPR/AED certification required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate participants of varying fitness levels and class sizes If you are passionate about fitness, music, and helping others achieve their wellness goals, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team at Dedham Health & Athletic Complex.
