North Shore Class Schedule:
Wednesdays at 7:00 AM Thursdays at 5:00 PM Are you passionate about Barre and love motivating others through movement? Looking for a flexible role where you can make a real impact in your community? Join our team and bring your energy to the YMCA! As a Barre Instructor, you'll lead engaging, results-driven classes that help members build strength, improve flexibility, and feel their best. You'll create a welcoming and supportive environment while guiding participants through safe and effective workouts. What You'll Do Lead dynamic and engaging Barre classes Demonstrate proper form, alignment, and technique Offer modifications to support all fitness levels Create a positive, inclusive class environment Motivate and inspire members to stay consistent and reach their goals What We're Looking For Experience teaching Barre or similar group exercise formats Strong understanding of fitness and movement principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of participants Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Why Work at the Y?
