Reformer Instructor, you will support members in reaching their fitness goals by leading engaging and effective Pilates classes in a welcoming and motivating environment. Reformer classes Educate participants on proper form, technique, and body awareness Provide modifications to support all fitness levels and abilities Create an encouraging and inclusive class environment Inspire member engagement and retention through positive coaching You'll teach in a state-of-the-art new Pilates studio, featuring high-quality reformers and modern fitness spaces designed to support both instructors and participants in an elevated workout experience. Reformer; Candidate must be comfortable teaching small group Reformer classes and coaching one-on-one training on the Reformer; Candidate must be a team player and support the YMCA by modeling our core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Additional Group Exercise Instructor or Personal Training certifications are encouraged, but not required.
