Job Description

Pursuit Pilates Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Reformer and/or Mat Pilates Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates instruction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create safe, effective, and engaging workouts for clients of varying fitness levels. As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group and private Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions while maintaining the studio's standards of professionalism and client care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Reformer and Mat Pilates classes (group and/or private). Deliver safe, effective, and motivating workouts tailored to diverse client needs and abilities. Provide modifications and progressions to ensure accessibility and challenge for all participants. Maintain a professional and positive environment that fosters client engagement and retention. Educate clients on proper form, breathing, and alignment to prevent injury. Arrive punctually and prepared for all scheduled sessions. Keep equipment clean and organized before and after each class. Uphold studio policies, including client safety, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Certified Pilates Reformer or Mat Instructor (through a recognized training program such as Balanced Body, Polestar, etc preferred). Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred. Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification. Strong understanding of anatomy, movement principles, and Pilates methodology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire clients in a positive, inclusive way.

Classes based on studio needs and instructor availability.
