Job Description
No prior corrective exercise system experience required. LaRose Muscular Therapy has launched a new corrective exercise service called True Motion, designed to help clients move better, reduce pain, and build strength safely through intelligent, individualized movement. We are looking for a Corrective Exercise Specialist to lead 1-on-1 and 1-on-2 corrective exercise sessions with clients who may be post-physical therapy, managing chronic pain, or uncomfortable in traditional gyms. This role combines coaching, program delivery, motivation, and light sales conversations—helping clients understand the value of continuing care and converting into our program when appropriate. This is not hard selling; it's about confidently educating and guiding people toward better movement and long-term results. At LaRose Muscular Therapy, we provide full, comprehensive training for our True Motion corrective exercise program. All client exercise programs are built using our proprietary corrective exercise framework , developed by our team. You will not be expected to design programs from scratch. Instead, you'll be trained on how to deliver, coach, and progress our system effectively while focusing on what matters most—coaching movement, motivating clients, and helping people feel and move better. If you are passionate about fitness, movement, and helping people improve their quality of life, we will teach you the system.
