Job Overview:

Seeking energetic, motivating, and community-focused instructors to lead our growing fitness program in North Scituate. We are building a vibrant wellness community focused on movement, connection, and consistency — with a strong emphasis on younger clientele including high school and college students. We're looking for instructors who bring great energy, challenging workouts, and fun music that keeps clients engaged and coming back.

Professionals:

Yoga, Pilates, Strength/Conditioning Class Schedule:

Morning & early evening classes Monday-Friday with weekend options available: 6:15 AM 7:30 AM 8:45 AM 5:00 PM Instructors may teach one or multiple classes, but we are looking for reliable, consistent weekly availability. What We're Looking For Certified Instructors preferred High-energy and engaging teaching style Ability to lead strong, athletic-style classes Comfortable teaching teens and young adults Passion for fitness, wellness, and community-building Ability to create motivating playlists and a fun atmosphere Dependable, professional, and positive attitude Compensation $35-$50 per class/hour Compensation based on experience and certifications Ideal Fit This role is perfect for: Young instructors building their clientele College students or recent graduates in fitness/wellness fields Experienced instructors looking for steady hours Fitness professionals who love music-driven group classes If you are passionate about movement and creating an uplifting experience for clients, we'd love to hear from you.
