StretchMed Westford is seeking a highly motivated Stretch Therapist . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is excited about helping grow a boutique wellness studio. Key ResponsibilitiesStretch Therapy & Client Experience Perform high-quality 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions Deliver safe, professional, and results-focused client experiences Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and membership benefits Support strong client retention and satisfaction Studio Operations Assist with client scheduling and daily workflow Maintain studio cleanliness and professional presentation Support administrative reporting and operational processes Qualifications Background in personal training, massage therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, corrective exercise, or similar field Comfortable performing manual / hands-on assisted stretching Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confident closing sales and leading client conversations Highly organized with strong problem-solving ability Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Reliable commute to Westford, MA Evening and weekend availability required

Pay:

$20.00 - $32.00 per hour
