Job Description
Overview We are growing our teaching team and looking for exceptional Pilates teachers. Seeking teachers comprehensively trained in the original Pilates Method to teach in our traditional, fully equipped studio alongside incredible clients and a supportive team of 2nd and 3rd generation teachers. Join a studio that values mentorship, excellence, and the traditional work. Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality Pilates sessions tailored to different skill levels and individual needs Demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure safety and maximize results during sessions Motivate participants by creating an energetic, inclusive, and positive environment Assess clients' movement patterns and provide modifications or progressions as needed Maintain a clean, organized studio space that adheres to health and safety standards Teach one on one, duet, trio and small group (4) sessions. Requirements Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized program or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and exercise science Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their potential Join us as a Pilates Teacher and be part of a vibrant community dedicated to transforming lives through movement!
