Job Description

Gym Leader - Elite Technique Lead People. Drive Results. Build a Winning Team. Elite Technique is looking for a Gym Leader to lead a high-performing personal training gym. This is more than a personal training position. As a Gym Leader, you'll coach clients, lead trainers, maintain high standards, and create an environment where both clients and staff succeed. About Elite Technique Elite Technique is a growing personal training company with locations across Maryland, Virginia, and Texas. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of personal trainers Coach general fitness clients Maintain a positive, high-energy gym culture Hold trainers accountable to company standards Ensure an outstanding client experience Monitor gym performance using key metrics such as attendance, retention, and paid visits Solve problems quickly and professionally Lead by example every day We're Looking For Someone Who Has at least 3 years of leadership experience Is confident holding people accountable Communicates clearly and professionally Takes ownership instead of making excuses Stays calm under pressure Enjoys coaching and developing others Is coachable and open to feedback Wants a long-term leadership career in fitness This Position Is NOT For Someone Who Wants to only train clients Avoids difficult conversations Struggles with accountability Cannot commit to the required schedule Wants to train clients outside of Elite Technique Is looking for a temporary job What We Offer Leadership training and mentorship Career advancement opportunities A performance-driven team environment The opportunity to make a real impact as the company grows
Required Schedule Training Hours Monday-Friday:
5:00 AM-9:00
AM Monday-Friday:
4:00 PM-8:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM-10:00
AM Leadership Meetings Monday:
10:00 AM-12:00
PM Wednesday:
11:00 AM-12:00
PM Friday:
10:00 AM-12:00 PM First Saturday of each month: Company-wide meeting Applicants must be available for this schedule. Hiring Process Qualified candidates will complete a 2-4 week Orientation Interview process. During this time, you'll work inside our gyms so we can evaluate your leadership, communication, professionalism, and fit within the Elite Technique culture.
