Role Overview We are seeking Pilates instructors who lead with precision, control, and intentional movement. Instructors help hold the energy of the space. Key Responsibilities Lead 60-minute Pilates classes aligned with the Poise approach Guide controlled, alignment-focused movement with clear cueing Emphasize core stability, posture, and intentional transitions Create a calm, structured, and supportive class environment Arrive early to prepare the space and support the studio experience Close classes with intention (integration, breath, or stillness) Support a smooth and intentional post-class checkout experience, including light space reset and guiding member transition Maintain professionalism and consistency in tone and delivery Teaching Approach Controlled, precise movement Emphasis on alignment, stability, and form Breath-connected core engagement Smooth, intentional pacing Ability to support multiple levels A grounded, non-performative presence Signature Flow Requirement Submit two signature class flows aligned with the Poise approach Include intention, opening, warm-up, main sequence, slow down, and closing No ongoing submissions required after approval Qualifications Pilates certification (Mat required) Prior teaching experience preferred CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and instructional clarity Alignment with Poise teaching style Team Engagement Participate in a monthly 35-minute team meeting to support alignment, training, and studio experience Engage in occasional brief check-ins or trainings as needed Schedule Lead approximately two classes per week Support Saturday offerings as available Participate in select studio experiences and events as needed

Pay:

$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
