Job Overview Join our team as a Fitness Coach - Certified Personal Trainer, where your passion for health, fitness, and helping others will ignite motivation and transform lives. Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics will ensure safe and effective training sessions that promote long-term health and fitness success. Responsibilities Develop customized training plans tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and medical history Lead one-on-one personal training sessions that motivate and challenge clients while ensuring proper technique and safety Conduct group fitness classes that energize participants and foster a supportive community atmosphere Educate clients on exercise techniques, body mechanics, nutrition basics, and injury prevention strategies Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to maximize results Maintain a safe workout environment by enforcing gym policies and promoting proper use of equipment Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices to continually enhance training effectiveness Requirements Valid certification as a Personal Trainer from an accredited organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) Demonstrated knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing safe workouts Proven experience in teaching fitness classes or personal training with excellent communication skills Ability to motivate diverse groups of clients with energetic and positive coaching techniques Strong understanding of program design tailored to individual needs and fitness levels Experience with sports coaching or group fitness instruction is a plus A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their full potential Schedule & Availability Flexible scheduling available Full-time position Compensation Training (1:1 and Group) - 35% Session Value Administrative Hours - $15 per hour •3% bonus on collected revenue from Coaching Packages sold excluding introductory offers. $15.00 - $45.00 per hour
