We are seeking an energetic and motivated Certified Personal Trainer to inspire and guide clients on their fitness journeys. In this dynamic role, you will design personalized training programs, motivate individuals and promote a healthy lifestyle within a health club environment. Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics will empower clients to achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on members' lives while advancing your career in fitness. Responsibilities Develop customized workout plans based on clients' goals and fitness levels, ensuring safe and effective exercise routines. Lead individual and possible group training sessions with enthusiasm, demonstrating proper techniques and motivating participants to push their limits. Educate clients on body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy to enhance their understanding of exercise benefits and injury prevention. Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to optimize results and maintain engagement. Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices in personal training and group fitness instruction. Qualifications Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM). Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing safe exercise programs. Experience in program design for diverse client needs , from junior athletes to senior citizens and everything in-between. Proven ability to motivate individuals and groups through engaging teaching methods. Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals. Prior experience working in a gym or health club environment is preferred.
Pay:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
