New Boutique Reformer Pilates Studio About Us We are a new boutique reformer Pilates studio opening in Delano, Minnesota, focused on creating an inclusive, welcoming, and community-driven environment where clients can build strength, confidence, and long-term wellness. As a new studio, we are looking for instructors who are excited about helping shape our culture from the ground up. We value collaboration, flexibility, and open communication, and we are committed to building a schedule and work environment that supports both our clients and our instructors. Our studio utilizes Merrithew® reformers and equipment , and we welcome instructors with Merrithew training as well as instructors certified through other recognized Pilates education programs. Position Summary We are seeking energetic, professional, and client-focused Reformer Pilates Instructors to lead safe, engaging, and effective group reformer classes for clients of varying experience levels. This is an excellent opportunity for instructors who enjoy building relationships with clients, contributing ideas, and being part of a growing studio from the beginning. Responsibilities Lead group reformer Pilates classes in a safe and professional manner Provide modifications and progressions for varying fitness levels Create an encouraging and welcoming environment for all clients Demonstrate proper use of Merrithew reformers and studio equipment Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes Assist with maintaining a clean and organized studio environment Build positive relationships with members and support client retention Promote a positive, team-oriented studio culture Qualifications Preferred Pilates certification and/or education from a recognized training program Experience teaching reformer Pilates classes Familiarity with Merrithew equipment and programming Also Considered Instructors currently completing certification programs Instructors certified through: Merrithew / STOTT PILATES® Balanced Body Club Pilates Teacher Training BASI Pilates Polestar Pilates Other nationally recognized Pilates programs Skills & Attributes Positive and professional attitude Strong communication skills Ability to connect with clients of all ages and abilities Passion for movement, wellness, and education Team-oriented mindset Reliability and professionalism Compensation Competitive per-class compensation Opportunities for attendance-based incentives Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities as the studio expands Compensation will be based on experience, certification level, and teaching responsibilities. Schedule We are currently hiring for weekday and weekend availability.

Planned studio schedule includes:

Monday-Thursday:

Multiple morning, midday, and evening classes

Friday:

Morning and afternoon classes

Saturday:

Morning classes

Sunday:
